Tennessee to
Greenville, Mississippi
(appx. 200 miles of the Mississippi Delta Region). |

Join the Auxiliary:
Recreational boating in the United States is growing rapidly. To help make boating safer for all, the Auxiliary needs more quality members, people like you! U.S. Citizens 17 years of age and older can join.
If you would like to join the Coast Guard Auxiliary go to the “Join US” link then click on “Get Started” or you could E mail the local Flotilla by clicking on the “Contact US” link located on the bottom left side links of this page or attend a local 08WR-15-03 Flotilla meeting held once per month on the 4th Wednesday at the Perkins Family Restaurant located at 1340 So. Germantown Parkway, Germantown, TN. The meeting begins at 7 PM with fellowship between members and guest starting at 6:30 PM.
Each Year, Coast Guard Auxiliarists:
- Save almost 400 lives
- Fly 2,000 air patrols
- Operate over 2,300 radio stations
- Assist over 11,000 boaters in distress
- Conduct 25,000 saftey patrols
- Perform almost 1,000,000 vessel safety checks
- Educate over 500,000 students in boating safety classes
- Train 45,000 hours to develop personal skills

Benefits of Membership:
Members are eligible to receive the world's finest on-the-water training. Advanced training courses in Navigation, Seamanship, Communications, Weather, Patrols, Administration, and Search & Rescue are available as well as courses from the Coast Guard Institute. Other benefits include the Coast Guard Credit Union and Exchanges plus insurance coverage.
The pride of wearing the Auxiliary uniform is amplified by the Auxiliary awards system. Your efforts will be recognized and rewarded. Fun, fellowship and service are trademarks of the Auxiliary!
